Wedding Cakes
Lemon, vanilla, carrot, chocolate, black fruitcake, or your choice of flavour are all available in one, two, three or more tiers. Choose fondant, royal icing, chocolate or buttercream icing. Here are just a few cakes we have made recently.

Dreaming of Roses
A three-tier cake, 14", 10" & 8" cakes. Over 100 hand-made gum paste roses ring the two bottom cakes and fill the pillar area below the top tier. This cake is topped with a silver toned couple dancing in a bed of smaller matching roses. The sides of the cake were artisticly decorated with free-form swirls.
Pure White Delight
This stacked 14", 12" and 8" cake is iced with buttercream. The top tier is completely covered by a 6" dome white hand-made roses. The same roses decorate the bottom and middle layer, in all, about 40 roses. The sides are piped in a leafy design.
Pretty in Pink
Two sets of stacked cakes, 14" & 12", 8" & 6", with an 8" on the side. Covered in fondant and decorated with beautiful bouquets of hand-made gum paste flowers. The bottom boards are ringed in pale blue ribbon and each tier has a row of pink shells, to complement the pink and blue bouquets. The purchased topper has added sprays of hand made flowers.
Bows & Swags
This pretty 3 tier cake (12", 10" & 8") is covered in lemon fondant. Each tier is decorated differently. the bottom is swagged, the middle is piped with a cornelli design, and the top tier has a delicately pearlized flower design. On the top is a pearlized fondant bow.
Almond Cascade
Four almond tinted fondant covered tiers arranged in a cascade, are all topped with a bouquet of pale pink and white roses, white calla lillies, stephanotis and babies breath. Smaller posies are placed around the base of each cake for a total of 12 bouquets, all hand crafted.
Lace and Flowers
This romantic 4", 8" & 12" stacked cake is covered in fondant and decorated lavishly with Battenberg lace and cascading branches of the palest pink and white fuchia. The heart topper is a little sample of Battenberg to continue the theme.
Calla Lilies & Lace
This almond fondant 3 tier is so pretty with its bouquet of calla lilies on top. More are arranged on top of the 2nd tier, cascading down the sides of the bottom two tiers. In addition, lacey hand piped hearts and scrolls adorn each tier, as can be seen in the close up photo below.
Spring Love
This almond fondant 3-tier wedding cake is delicately hand piped and has a romatic topper, two lovebirds holding the wedding ring in their beaks. Close up below.
