Any occasion cakes
This cake is actually an 8" square fruitcake for a Valentines wedding. but it could be for almost any occasion. It has a layer of marzipan and rolled royal icing, and a small delicate bouquet of deep red rose buds, open roses and baby’s breath all hand made from gum paste.
Another cake that could be used for many occasions. This is iced in buttercream with basketweave on the side and a colourful selection of gum paste fall leaves scattered over the top and sides.
Birthday Cakes
An orchid and stephanotis spray make this a special birthday cake.
This birthday cake was decorated with Noah’s Ark and his animals, all created in colourflow technique.
A 12" x 18" slab with "construction green" buttercream for a boy crazy for Monster Machines.
Anniversary Cakes
This 14" & 10" & 6" tiered 50th wedding anniversary cake sat on an 18" cake board, big enough to hold the greeting embellished in gold. The topper ornament was the original from the couple’s wedding cake 50 years ago, with the addition of the plaque and sugar heart. A large assortment of garden flowers in the bouquets were a tribute to the wonderful garden the couple had created over the years.
